Private Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST)

​To experience a private VST session is such a gift to yourself. ​Therapeutic singing bowls are placed directly on the body while you are fully clothed for deep relaxation. Many clients start to relax almost instantly. Your muscles will lose tension, and you may even start to slip into the alpha brain wave pattern. This brain wave pattern is associated with daydreaming and pre-sleep. The vibrations are absorbed into the body on a cellular level helping restore any dis-ease from the inside out.

Group & Private Sound Baths

Using traditional Himalayan metal bowls or crystal alchemy bowls around the room, you will experience the tones and vibrations washing over you for  deep rest and meditation. The tones are like sound waves of peace and tranquility bathing your body. Receiving the vibrations from the bowls as well as focusing your attention on the tones of the bowls,  helps you experience deep relaxation through sound meditation.
